森科五金(深圳)有限公司：真空等离子硬化技术(PHT®)

　　1：低温离子渗碳处理(PHT.C):适用于奥氏体不锈钢(316、316L、304、1.4571等);双相不锈钢(2205、2507等);镍基及钴铬合金。

　　2：低温离子渗氮处理(PHT.N):适用于沉淀硬化不锈钢(630、17-4、13-8等);铁素体不锈钢(430等)及马氏体不锈钢。

　　真空等离子硬化处理(PHT)，是大量碳/或氮低温扩散至金属基材的表层形成10-40μm硬化层。通过我司特有的处理方式，可保证不生成铬的化合物沉淀，从而使硬化层坚韧而耐腐蚀。如奥氏体不锈钢零件经PHT处理后机械性能显著增强，零件表面硬度、抗磨损性能、强度及延展性，有数倍或数十倍的提高。

　　1.表面硬度提高至900-1300HV0.1;硬化层10-40μm(具体硬度和厚度视基材而定);

　　2.呈单一S相，不改变奥氏体不锈钢无磁或弱磁特性、耐腐蚀性极佳(处理后316L不锈钢，耐中性盐雾试验可大于1000小时);

　　3.处理后呈零部件本色、白亮光滑，零件尺寸稳定性好变形小;

　　4.基于表面扩散处理工艺，硬化表层无脱落分层风险，优于镀膜及涂层技术;

　　5.可对零件进行局部硬化处理;

　　6.可抗滑动、耐磨蚀及空蚀等(如表面有高强度耐磨损的服役环境);

　　7.不含六价Cr等RoHS指令禁止的元素，适用于医疗及食品工业。

　　经PHT处理的零件具有表面坚韧、耐磨损、抗腐蚀、抗划伤的特性;可广泛用于流体泵、阀及接头、汽车配件、紧固件、钟表、食品、制药设备配件及不锈钢消费品。

 

装饰膜：Decorative coating 可在钢、铜、钛、钨钢等材质的工件上电镀各种颜色的膜层 Various color series on steel，brass，titanium，or tungsten steel substrate. 1、金色膜系 Gold color series ◆真空离子镀金，可镀制1N14、2N18色，厚度可达到1.3MIC以上。 ◆IP gold in 1N14，2N18，thickness 0.2~1.3 micron+.  ◆真空离子镀4N色和5N色玫瑰金。 ◆IP rose gold in 4N and 5N.  ◆通过耐磨、耐腐蚀等测试且符合RoHS标准 ◆Comply with the requirements of abrasion tests, corrosion tests and RoHS standards.    2、黑色膜系 Black color series ◆枪色、钛灰色、纯黑色等。 ◆Gunmetal，grey，black and so on.  ◆通过耐磨、人工汗等测试。 ◆Comply with the requirements of abrasion tests and artificial sweat tests.  ◆类金刚石膜，厚度可达1.3MIC以上。 ◆DLC coating，thickness 0.7~1.3 micron+.  ◆复合不同的膜层，其硬度可增加几倍。 ◆With multi-layer coating the hardness of work-piece can increase over three times.    3、特殊色系 Special color series ◆IP紫色、IP蓝色、IP棕色、IP红色、香槟色。 ◆IP purple，IP blue，IP brown，IP red，IP champagne.    4、真空离子镀不锈钢系列 IP Stainless-steel series ◆适合铜合金和锌铝合金材质的镀膜加工。 ◆IPS coating is applicable on work-pieces of brass alloy，and zinc-aluminum alloy material.  ◆IPS+IPPt（离子钢加白金）、IPS+IPPd（离子钢加钯）具有特白首饰性效果。 ◆IPS+IP Pt and IPS+IP Pd coatings enable work-pieces with whiter and glossier jewelry look.  ◆IPSC即碳化不锈钢，色泽近不锈钢色，其硬度比IPS硬好几倍。 ◆IPSC (IP Stainless-steel carbonized) coating looks like stainless-steel，but it is several times harder than IPS．  5、纳米透明膜系 Nano transparent coating ◆膜层厚度为10～200纳米，技术成熟，可防指纹。 ◆Coating thickness ranges from 10 to 200 nanometer. 高新技术产品：New high-tech coating 1、复合膜层 复合膜层：复合膜层是指在同一工件上实现两种或两种以上颜色镀膜。多种颜色搭配把工件装饰得更加时尚靓丽，绚丽多彩。森科公司成功研发出真空油工艺，实现在同一工件上电镀两种或两种以上颜色的多色膜层。这种免脱退工艺是森科公司的特色技术。 Multi-Color Coating Plating two or more colors on a single work piece.
